BLOCK FORMER

Our block former was designed with a capacity of up to 2 tons/h. The machine is designed for minimal maintenance and low rotating speed that helps minimizing the vibration level.

PISTON PUMP

Our Piston Pump is a positive displacement pump designed to pump a liquid slurry that may contain soft solids particles (meat clusters) while giving minimum damage to the particles during the transfer.

MIXING HIGH KNEADER

Our mixing high kneader has a capacity of 150-200 kg/h. The machine run quietly, small vibration, with 2-layer casing system used to pump cold water in to chill the surimi while mixing.

SMALL SCREW PRESS

Our small screw press is a simple low cost solution, with a capacity of up to 200 – 500 kg/h. The machine has a low rotation speed which considerably reduces the noise and vibration level.

REFINER

The partially dewatering of mince from the last washing is refined to remove any connective tissue, skin, scales or other undesirable materials.

RECOVERY ROTARY NYLON MESH

Our recovery rotary nylon mesh is a simple low cost solution, with a capacity of up to 300 kg/h and a low power consumption. The machine has a low rotation speed which considerably reduces the noise and vibration level.

The rotary screen works with the principle of creating centrifugal force used to separate fluid from materials (proteins).

Our wet refiner helps removing impurities such as skin, pin bones, scales and connective tissues.

DEFATTING TANK

Our defatting tank helps separating the fat from the waste water. The fish meat after being defatted will be continuously go to the next processing.
